Ma Po Doufu from Chengdu
very yummy
it is made from ma la (meaning spicy pepper that will make you go numb in the tongue)
initially when u eat, it is juz spicy.....as you eat along...suddenly, you will realise your tongue is numb....totally no feeling....if u continue to eat and do not get panic...u will start to enjoy the spice...
