猪脚醋

literal translation - pork trotter vinegar

luv the sweet and sour part of the gravy :)
the black vinegar is the critical ingredient
it is a very heaty dish....good for getting rid of air in tummy....but may cause constipation

without chilli - suitable for kids

thou we used to call it chongpang nasi lemak bcoz it happens to be situated next to Chong Pang CC
it is actually at Blk 101 Yishun don't-know-what street or ave ^_^

Fish baked rice - process

Frying the ingredient, don't need to be fully cooked









add in the cream and water...then the rice....mix well....scoop into baking bowl, place cheese on top and put into oven to be baked until golden brown

mushrooms, egg, garlic, slices fish, cream, cheese

Cooking@home - Fish baked rice


Rem to add salt to taste
Adjust cream and water to suit the quantity of rice
do not add all the rice at one go...add half and mix
make sure the rice absorb the sauce
if there is not enough sauce, adding all rice at once will cause it too be too dry....
