Ebi & Zucchini Tempura
Ingredient required:
ice cold water
plain flour
eggs
prawn : de-shell with tail left, slit open the back and remove black veins
zucchini : cut into stripes
bingo! here it is

Rem to add salt to taste
Adjust cream and water to suit the quantity of rice
do not add all the rice at one go...add half and mix
make sure the rice absorb the sauce
if there is not enough sauce, adding all rice at once will cause it too be too dry....

Papa only likes this Jap item beside maguro.
So I think hard to replicate it at home.
