Fish bone (optional with meat or fish head) - 300g
Ginger - slice into 10 thin pcs
Spring onion - 2 stalks
Tomatoes - 1 medium size cut into 6
Tofu - one palm size cut into cubes
Sesame oil - one spoon
Salt - pinch
Steps:
- Boil the fish bone;
- Discard the water, drain the fish bone;
- Heat up pan, add some sesame oil and ginger slices;
- Lightly fry the fish bone;
- Add the fish bone (minus the oil) into pot of boiling water;
- Simmer and add in tofu;
- Add spring onion and tomatoes, add salt before serving.
