Nasi Lemak - homemade

made everything at home with God's grace
chilli was made right from fresh chilli
Qty: 15 fresh sticks
Can make into at least 20 serving of chilli
I made into 2 types, one is the typical plain sweet nasi lemak chilli
the other is the one with added big bawang (onion) and ikan bilis (anchovies)
Coconut rice, sunny side up egg, fish fillet & bergedil
Result: ***** (5 stars grading) heehee ^_^ by family members
in the end, there wasn't enough rice....so we made another set with half rice...look out for it in my next posting.

Chong Pang Nasi Lemak

finally we made the trip to find the place at sembawang road
parking was totally not possible
so we decided to pack and go
the moment i stepped onto the shop front
the fragrant smell of coconut rice hit me...
it was so irresistible
the place is very simply decorated, bare minimum

the selection of dishes were great
actually look more like an economical rice stall

Cooking@home - Spaghetti

pork meat mushroom tomatoes sauce spaghetti

make sure the spaghetti is well-cooked before serving.

Sweet Bun

Points to note
1) do not press on the dough that has rise - this will cause the air to be release and the bread wont turn out to be nice when bake.
2) do let the final bread dough rise twice in size before baking
